The 55th Annual WV Black Walnut Festival is October 8-11, 2009.
In preparation for the 55th Annual WV Black Walnut Festival, we will have the pageant at Roane County High School, Saturday, May 16, 2009, starting at 7:00 PM. During this event, we will choose the new "Miss Black Walnut Festival" and several other titles.
